Refund policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To apply for refund, please contact us using the details below, giving a brief outline of the reasons for which you are rejecting the goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for paying the return postage cost, and we issue a refund covering the item/s only not shipping costs.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the address on your bottle.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Your refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product(s) back from you.
Faulty Goods
If the goods are in any way defective please contact us immediately. We will deal with this in accordance with your legal rights.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the item you are shipping is over £50, we would suggest that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Primary Pets don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
